ACCOUNT DELETION

Delete your Riotfall: Multiplayer Brawl account and its associated profile data.

Delete inside Riotfall

  1. Open Settings → Privacy and ad choices.
  2. Choose Delete account and review the confirmation.
  3. Confirm deletion. After completion, the game removes your session and saved account data from this device.

Cancel matchmaking and finish or leave active matches and tournaments first. An active competition may temporarily prevent deletion so other players’ results are preserved.

Request deletion without the app

Email elivander78@icloud.com with the subject Riotfall account deletion. Include your player tag or nickname and state that you want to delete the account and its associated data. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request.

Do not send your password, sign-in code or payment-card details. This email is a private request route; you do not need to post your account details publicly.

What is removed

Your profile nickname and avatar, saved settings and outfits, platform sign-in links, active sessions, friend and block relationships, invitations and account entitlements are removed or anonymized. Historical player names and appearances become anonymous. Replays containing your account are removed.

What remains

An opaque account identifier and deletion timestamp remain to keep existing game records consistent. Anonymous numerical match results, ratings, season standings, achievements and tournament outcomes remain. Purchase audit records retain the store, product, transaction reference and verification status to prevent duplicate claims and handle purchase audits.

Those retained records do not keep your old nickname, avatar, Game Center or Play Games identity, or active sign-in session. Operational backup copies are removed through the backup rotation described in our privacy notice.

Purchases and a new account

Deleting Riotfall does not delete your Apple or Google account, reverse a store payment or transfer a purchase entitlement to a new game account. Contact support about a purchase before deleting if you need help. Creating a new player does not restore the deleted profile.
